Gib Efird
As a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Gib works in the software industry practice, providing due diligence and merger-related consulting services to major private-equity firms and corporate buyers. Gib started his career in the PricewaterhouseCoopers assurance group, working primarily on audits in the technology industry. From there, Gib worked in the New Ventures Group of Idealab, a technology-focused venture capital firm, where he was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities. Gib earned an M.B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting and graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Economics.
Denny Fish
Denny is a Senior Research Analyst with Janus Capital Group covering the hardware, software and IT services sectors. Prior, he covered enterprise software for JMP Securities from March 2004 to October 2007. In 2006, Denny authored a whitepaper entitled, “Turning the Software Model Upside Down: The Proliferation of Open Source Software,” and co-authored the 2005 whitepaper entitled "Flipping the Switch: The Power of On Demand Software." Denny was ranked the #2 earnings estimator for software research analysts by Forbes/Starmine in 2006 and has been quoted in numerous publications, including Barrons, The San Jose Mercury News and Red Herring. Prior to joining JMP, he spent six years in sales and sales management at Oracle Corporation with an emphasis on core technologies, including database and middleware. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois.
E.A. Roskovensky
El began his career as a process engineer in the Engineering Department of USS Chemicals, a Division of US Steel. This position was followed by a range of assignments, including plant engineer, sales representative, product manager, regional sales manager and general manager. In 1986, he became the President of USS POSCO Industries, a 50/50 joint venture between US Steel and Pohang Iron & Steel of the Republic of Korea. In 1991, he joined the Heico group as President & CEO of Davis Wire Corporation and, in the ensuing years, would also be named President and COO of the Robertson-Ceco Corporation and President and CEO of National-Standard. In 2002, he was appointed President & CEO of The Heico Companies, L.L.C., parent company of the Heico group of companies. He holds a J.D. from the University of Detriot, an M.B.A. from Duquesne University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
